It is our priority to maintain our best potential yarn quality. For this reason, we imported all brand-new machinery from various countries like Germany, Japan, and China. Now we are providing a list that, anyone can have some about our all machinery.
First of all Blow Room Machinery
We Imported all of our Blow Room Machinery from “Trutzschler” (Germany). We got several machines like BO-A, BR-COI, SP-EM, CL-U, CL-P, MXU-6, FD-S, TO-T1, BO-E, BO-R. But the most important thing is that we have some machines in the factory which is the very first time imported into our countries like BL-TC, BL-TO, BL-HF, and BL-PF and we will get two lines of output with two different ratios.
Carding Section
We have ten “TC-15” model “Trutzschler” Carding Machines and it comes with Blow Room Machinery. With this machine, we can get 90 kg of production with the best quality.
Drawing Section
In our Drawing section, we got Eight Machines Four “Trutzschler” TD-08 Finisher and Four “Trutzschler” TD-09 Breaker.
Simplex Section
Right now we have Eight Simplex machines and the model number is “HICORP FA494”. It was imported from China and all are brand new.
Ring Section
We have 84 brand Ring Machine from China. Model number is “JINGWEI F1508” & JINGWEI F1562.
Auto Conner
We have 8 nos of Murata QPRO Plus Machine with Uster Quantum 3 From Japan.
